Replace C-102. 100 uf electrolytic on the cathode of the first audio stage.
I think there's also a factory mod that removes some of those bias parts for
the AVC to keep this from happening. Part B of SB-8 for the KWM-2. Still
would benefit from a new electrolytic. Look for a high temperature low ESR
capacitor, not just the first miniature electrolytic you find. Something like 140-
ESRL16V100 from Mouser electronics. Or 75-TVA1160 is probably equivalent to
the original.
