[Collins] KWM-2 audio

Hi team!
I have a KWM-2 that has "audio" present at the speaker
with the volume turned all the way down.
What I mean by "audio" is the peaks of static crashes
or speech peaks appearing as pops and crackles.
Especially evident on 40 and 80, naturally.
Any ideas?
