[Collins] A/C switch for KWM-2/2a etc

I you can't find a "proper" switch you can "fit" a
section from a rotary switch and wire it accordingly.
I have done this on a few S-Line units including a
KWM-2. This modification does not "look bad".
However, since this section is not insulated you do
have to be a little bit more careful when working on
the unit when it is plugged in. However, it is still
possible to get across the "right" switch.
Of course if you can find the "dog house" type of
switch then that certainly is the way to go.
