[Collins] KWM-2 and 2a's on the air

I owe many thanks to Dr. Jerry Johnson and Dave Knepper for their
assistance.  Now all I have left to do is find where I am getting a power
loss of 25% between the amp and 312b-4.  If I take the amp out of the
circuit it works fine.  Having fun and isolating problems one at a time.
I'll put an SWR meter in the circuit tomorrow evening to try and isolate
what's up as I built new cables and got the same result.
