[Collins] 32S-1 grid problem found

Nope, it is just a feed through. I can find C-62 but
it is a disc ceramic instead of a feed through
capacitor. Like I said, the grid circuitry in this
particular transmitter is different from normal. The
feed through is located where C-62 is located in most
of the transmitters.

If it were not for all of the glyptol that the
inspectors used to put on every solder joint I would
swear that this transmitter had been modified. But,
the color, the way that it is applied (each inspector
had a different technique), and so forth says that the
transmitter came from the factory built as such.

Strange! Since C-62 is normally in the hole I believe
that I will replace the feed through and disc ceramic
with a feed through capacitor. I have plenty of those
in stock.

Are you sure its NOT C62? I see that going up through
the chassis in the S-3A book. Nut on the top. I know
the schematic shows C62 as a plain capacitor, but its
the same part as C137, C56, C166, and C167.
