[Collins] Late 51J-4 with strange modification

Greetings!
Around 1962/1963 an intelligence service where I have been working
for a while, bought a lot of 51J4 receivers, probably more than half
one hundred, and as far as I can remember, all of them come from
Collins with the S-line buttons.
