[Collins] How to wiring a shure 450 to a Collins rig.

OK gang, this is a new one on me.  I now have one microphone for this KWM-2.
Can you tell me about to do it?  It has 4 wires and 1 gnd wire.  The green
and white wires show 30k ohm with the Hi Impedance switch and Low Impedance
it 300 ohm.  The red and black wires are for the contact closure. 
Well, will it work with that rig?
