[Collins] R-388

Hello Larry,

As I recall, in the R-388 the antenna circuit was modified
to match a standard military short whip antenna.  There
was an article in CQ magazine by Capt. Paul Lee on rebuilding
the R-388 antenna circuit back to the 51J-3 standard.
