      Description:

      The Collins 12H console was a state-of-the-art broadcast mixer in
1936. The 6-position console provided control of 4 microphone inputs,
transcription, and 6 incoming lines. Program amplifier output was +20 dB @
0.4% rms distortion. It sold for $645.00.

      Originally equipped with a "DB" meter, a retrofit kit was offered for
those wishing to replace the meter with the new "VU" meter standard that
emerged in 1937.
