[Collins] Bill, K2YGF

I received an email from Kevin, WA2ISC, informing me that Bill, K2YGF,
passed away on Thursday, April 14th.  Bill will be remembered as a kind and
gentle man who loved operating his Collins radios.  He was always ready to
assist others with their technical problems and, particularly, enjoyed
fixing Collins radios.

Bill will be sadly missed.
