[Collins] parts for 516E-1

[Jim Isbell, W5JAI]

I need the cover for the barrier strip on the back of the 516E-1 and a
pair of the  mounting brackets.  If they are reasonable I need them
otherwise I will make them.  Its not critical that I have genuine
Collins parts, but if available I will take them.
