[Collins] CRA Website

I am pleased to report that the CRA website is now up.  Thanks to Tom
Jenkins, our webmaster, who suffered at the "hands" of the hurricanes that
ripped through his area.

All of us are most pleased to hear this good news from Tom.

We certainly wish Tom and his wife a speedy and complete recovery from these
terrible storms.
