[Collins] Filter ID

Hi to the group,
 
I have a Collins filter that I am trying to identify.  It is a type Y  with 
the numbers;
F455 Q 2 9 R 2   It has the Collins part number of 526 9309  00.  Any idea 
what it's specifications are and what radio it was used  for?
