[Collins] Electronic Vernier Tuning (EVT)

Lets ask the experts.

To the guys on the list,
Has anybody any knowledge of an Electronic Vernier
Tuning (EVT) add on for the KWM-2, as we need to know
how it works and how it is wired in.
Your help appreciated.
