[Collins] Need painter/restorer recommendations for 51-S1

Can anyone recommend the following for a 51-S1 project I'll be undertaking? I need to know who had personal experiences with a good S-line painter and good 51-S1 tech type. I know there are a few listed on the various web sites but anyone that comes to mind for a recommendation, I'd like to hear about it. Thanks! Cal, N6KYR.
