[Collins] Grounding attachments S-1 line

  This subject was covered many years ago and the consensus then and now is
that it was an engineer's perogative.

  Nothing special to worry about since the coax braid is grounded - we
assume by the operator in his shack.  It is rather a redundant connection.

  If you must have a ground terminal, then, get out your drill and do it!
