The low voltage requirements for 32S or KWM-2 run about 100 milliamps.
The high voltage requirements are about 200 ma key down CW, more if you
drive the PA tubes harder, but unless you run RTTY at full power your
plate current is rarely continuous for very long. I think I used a
transformer rated at 200 or 250 ma with a full wave rectifier and put a
full wave bridge to make both outputs and its done fine over the years.

I think Hammond sells suitable transformers with 240 volt primaries.
Look in the latest catalogs from Mouser and Digi-Key.
