[Collins] Sticking KWM-2 meter

I once had a sticky HQ-145 S-meter and after much examination and
tweaking noticed there was a layer of oil bridging the space between the
moving coil and the inside of the magnet. Someone had not only oiled the
meter but had flooded it. It was hard to see the oil deep inside the
space and took a while to finally notice but was fixable by carefully
inserting absorbent material- I just used multiple small strips of paper.
I know this is probably the exception but it really happened to me and
the meter lost its sticky (and varyingly sluggish) motion. 73 and good
