[Collins] 75A-4 - burnt resistor question

Black Beauty capacitors were leaky 25 years ago. They aren't worth
testing, they should be replaced with orange drops en masse. Likely
others are also leaking, especially screen bypasses causing low stage
gains and low sensitivity. And then leaky AVC bypasses are causing poor
AVC. The audio coupling capacitor is causing the audio output stage to
draw excess current leading to shortened tube life. REPLACE THEM ALL!
