[Collins] 150S transmitter

I've come into the posession of a Collins 150-s-1 or -2 transmitter, not sure of the suffix and its still loaded on the truck so i can't see what the label reads just yet.  It came with an original manual and additonal paperwork.  

The Installation drawing in back of the manual says it was drawn by "MSS" and was checked on 4-20-37.  Another drawing for the transmitter panel alignment was drawn by the same individual but the date
on it is 6-5-40.

Nice looking transmitter.  Anyone know who used these?  Freq coverage is stated as being from 1500Kc thru 60 Mc with the proper coils.
