[Collins] Help needed with 30S1 lock and keys

Within the past two weeks there have been a couple of people seeking a
key for the 30S1. One has a key broken off in the lock, the other has
lost a key that had been provided by another generous amateur.

I know nothing about the 30S1, but I know locks and have offered to make
a key for each of them, assuming I can get information about the lock and
original key.

Since the second person had a key from elsewhere, I've come to the
conclusion that all the keys are the same..... that is any key from one
30S1 will work in all of the others.

There are two problems, first, what key blank fits the lock and then how
to cut it.

If anyone has a DUPLICATED key, not an original, I'll like to know what
is stamped on the blank. That will tell me what the replacement blank
is. I can also get some information from what is found on an original
key as well, but it'll be a little harder making the cross reference.

The cuts I can make without another key in my hand, but I need
measurements. I can also do this from a digital image of the key, either
photo or scan. All I will have to do is scale what I'm sent. Or, I can
get the information from someone with a key and a set of vernier calipers

Is there anyone with a 30S1 key that can offer some help.

Thanks
