Here is what I have from my archives:

The formula that I have is for the latex enamel, but your
Sherwin Williams store should be able to convert to acrylic.

As for the wrinkle: What I use is Rust-Oleum "American Accents"
Stone Creations. You need to practice with it for a few minutes
and then you can get a crackle pretty close to the original.
Get the gray paint (it comes in several colors) because the
crackle of each color is different. The gray works the best.

The formula from my St. James gray is as follows:

Ultradeep Base
Y3T154

Colorant OZ 32 64 128
B1 Black 2 -- -- --
Y3 Deep Gold - 13 -- --

Now this is for the Semi-Gloss latex enamel. They should be
able to work from this for the acryllic. However, I am not sure
about the OZ 2 figure since the information was entered manually.
It may need to go under the 32 since this was for a quart.

The store that I use is on Campbell Road in Richardson,
Tx. Your local store could call them to confirm the formula.
Tell them the paint was mixed for Glen Zook. I have a cash
account with the local store and they do maintain the records.

You will need a paint gun to use this paint. However, some
Sherwin Williams stores do have the machine to load spray
cans although they add to the cost.

To be sure, you can take your cabinet to the store and
they can match the paint color.

As for the front panel, I don't have the facilities to rescreen
them and so I don't do anything except to "retouch" very bad
places if absolutely necessary. Glen K9STH
