[Collins] New Power Switching Accessory

The caution on this comes from the BIAS settings, virtually every rig has a
different setting for it's BIAS..  beyond that there already exist just such
a BODY, the one I have has 4 outputs available, I forget who made them, but
I scarfeddup 8 of them at Dayton one year, and would be most happy to share
them, I paid something like 50-55.00 ea. I dont remember exactly..  but I
dont use emm, so would be happy to sell emm..  mac/mc
