[Collins] 75S3-C Power switch problem.

My shack has two dedicated lines 120VAC @ 20 AMPS and 220VAC @15 AMPS.
Each line has a DPDT wall switch. This was originally set up as a safety
shut-off and a convenient way for family members to shut down the station if
I am not around.
The 120VAC line feeds three duplex wall outlets. Connected to the outlets
is a bank of 24 (sub) outlets mounted under the operating table. The
sub-outlets have brute force RF filters on them. There never seem to be
enough outlets, in convenient locations for a ham shack
(Before someone points this out, the sub-outlets are really extension cords
and allowed under local code. As long as the total current draw is under 20
AMPS)
Except for the transmitters, most of the devices are low current devices,
keyers, rotors, pre-amps, PK-232, etc.....
The computers and peripherals are connected to another dedicated 120VAC 20
AMP line, that is NOT wall switched.
A third 15 AMP line feeds lighting and fulfills misc. local code
requirements.
