[Collins] IERC type tube shields

Certainly the 50 and 60 apply to diameter. Maybe inside or outside
diameter of the shields in units of 0.02" (or 1/2 mm). Tube diameters
for 7 pin are 3/4 to 7/8" while the maximum diameter for 9 pin was
1.188" according to the first tube manual I picked up this morning.
