[Collins] R388 51j-3

I have had several R388s and currently have a nice 51J-3. The J-3 is an 
excellent receiver and coupled with a PD-1 Product Detector, make SSB sound just as 
nice as my R390A / 591 combo. I have always been impressed with the 51J-3's 
sensitivity, especially on the higher bands.
