[Collins] 51j4 help

Hi Guys,
	I'm in need of some good advice and help.  I recently bought a 51j4 that
was in pretty good shape.  The rig was damaged in shipping to the extent
the board under the chassis that holds the if unit has broken and the parts
are all askew.  Asking several friends about this problem, the answer was
to Super Glue the board back together after removing the parts and then
remounting the parts.  Has anyone every repaired boards this way?  Is this
a good/best way to repair this?  Can such a board be purchased anywhere?
Please help!  The receiver is in pretty good shape and I'd like to get it
going again.
