[Collins] 30L-1 Power Supply Problems

A couple of my caps shelled out and at the same time caused some carbon
trails in the board.  I replaced the caps with new ones but I'm getting an
occasional pop in the area of the carbon marks.  I did clean them up as best
I could.  Does any one have any suggestions of what to do next short of
buying a replacement module?
