[Collins] KWM-2 Popping -Update

Here's an update on my KWM-2 with the popping audio problem.

Well it was in fact the classic AGC Pumping or "Overshoot" problem that just
about all of you diagnosed immediately.  SB8A was installed and problem
solved.  However, I decided to use the modification that N4BE suggested
(i.e. change C256 to .068mf and R180 to 47k) to slow the response time down
a bit.

The rig sounds great and is on the air.  Many thanks to all of you who
helped out with your suggestions and support.
