[Collins] KWM-2 Power Plug line bypasses

Today there's a better capacitor for line bypassing than the small .01 
caps of today. Its been noticed the line bypasses are prone to leakage 
(line transients of a KV damage lower voltage caps) and unless the 
radio ground is solidly maintained they tend to cause a shock hazard as 
they fail. So line bypasses are special, rated for 250 vac or 2K vdc or 
higher. In your case the appropriate caps from Mouser would have 
been their catalog number 75-125LS10. Not compact, nearly 3/4" 
diameter. Something to acquire for when the little ones fail.
