     No, not really.  It depends on which ones they are.  You can just heat 
up the individual pins
on the connector with your soldering iron and pull the cap out of the pin 
with the heat applied.
A good pair of forceps makes this much easier.  You reinstall a new cap the 
same way.  Heat up the
pin and push the lead of the cap into the pin with the heat applied.  You 
can get the connector out,
but not without a lot of extra work.  It's actually easier to do just as it 
sits.
