If the 30L-1 had randomized serial numbers like the rest of the S-line and
KWM-2, the serial number gives no hints. I doubt there were 42,000
made so that fits the randomized serial numbers. The round emblem
came in during 1964, so its 1964 or later. Look for date codes on
electrolytic capacitors, and MCN numbers for more detail. And if the
electrolytics have been replaced, then without MCN (and a MCN list
that I don't know exists anymore) the round emblem is the only hint of
age. Tubes, if original, might have date codes too.
