[Collins] Vacuum Capacitor

Guess who broke the 15 pf vacuum capacitor in my Collins 20V3 transmitter?
This vacuum is the neutralizing capacitor.
I believe that the breakdown voltage is around 17,000 volts.  This vacuum is
only about 4 inches high.

Anyone know where I could find one.
