[Collins] KWM-2 Manual Wanted

Hello to all.  I am looking for an original manual for a circa 1962 KWM-2 
(I've got later manuals).  It appears that it was built in early September 
1962 (happy 41st b'day ! - and yes, it looks exceptional for its age or any 
age for that matter!).  It's old enough to have the "External Mute" RCA 
socket on the rear (which I believe was later turned into "Spare" - and - 
not to be confused with the "Rcvr Mute" pair which seemingly survived until 
the end of production!  Anybody have an extra or a lead on an original?
