[Collins] 6.3 Volt loss in wiring harness

Hi again,
I would like to clarify the no 6.3 Volt problem on the
rear RCA connector of the 32S-3 in my earlier posting.
There is 6.3 filament voltage present and the
operation of the 32S-3 is normal except there is no
6.3 V. output on the RCA connector to feed the pilot
lamp on the 312B-4 console. The wire from the RCA
connector goes into a harness but I am at loss where
the 6.3 Volt enters the harness. So, where is the
pickup point for the 6.3 Volt going into the harness?
Any ideas?
