[Collins] KWM-2 Overlay Panel

I don't think that I have any more overlays around. 
But, you can remove the original one by heating the
panel with a hair dryer.  The glue that Collins used
on most of these was, or is similar to, Plyobond. 
This glue usually softens with heat and then you can
"pry" the overlay from the panel.
