[Collins] Missing 32V-2 Pages

I picked up an original 32V-2 transmitter manual yesterday at Belton but
it's missing several pages.  I'd like to complete the manual and add it to
the loaner library.  Manual was for unit # 1643.  Manual has a date stamp of
Feb 22, 1950.  I'm not sure what pages make a complete manual but here's
what I think I'm missing:

Parts list pages 11-12 and anything after page 14.
