[Collins] 51S-1 Filter Cap

AES at http://www.tubesandmore.com has a small line of newly
manufactured multisection electrolytics mainly targeting the audio
market which also reflects the prizes of $26,95 to $35.95 each. 
Unfortunately they don't have the correct type for the 51S-1. Rebuilding
the old one seems to be the only way.
