[Collins] Saturday net

The CRA Collins Net on 20 meters (14.250 Mhz at 12 Noon EST) was not
operational today because of premature equipment failure. We will be back
on next Saturday.

I apologize for this inexcusable blunder on my part.
The rig of choice for the net is the KWM-380 with a 30L-1 - well, the rig
was acting peculiar and I chose not to press my luck. In the afternoon, I
found that the antenna changeover relay external was not working to put the
380 on the beam.

Next week, I won't have this problem.
