[Collins] 75A4 recovery time mod.

My 75A4 (s/n 2535) suffers from this malady.  What I
did was to use the application of a blocking bias
(around 18 volts) as outlined in the manual.  This
results in "instantaneous" recovery.  That way I
didn't have to modify the receiver.  The terminals are
on the back of the receiver for this.

Of course making the AVC changes may just be what you
need in the long run.
