Can anyone tell me what this board is out of before I use it for parts?

It is marked:

ASSY 628-8228-002 REV F
ASSY 653-2939-003 REV H
PWB 826-0007-315

I has a Murata module mounted on it labeled U700 and marked 850-1022-030.
There is a gold plated IC marked 258-0071-010.
There is a VLSI IC marked 835-5511-010

This board appears to have been made in early 1998.

Any help appreciated.
