I had that in a old scope or two. The easiest solution is to connect up
a voltage doubler or tripler off one of the plate windings. Takes a few
high voltage diodes and capacitors. Since the current requirement is
small, probably orange drop capacitors with half or 1 mfd will be large
enough to go with 1N4007 or higher voltage diodes.
