[Collins] 75A4 AGC distortion

All:I have had a couple of these great receivers in the past. I have never resorted to "riding" the RF gain in order to get non-distorted SSB. Then again, I had the higher s/n. I suspect a change in design from the older 75A4's? Thanks. Cal, N6KYR
