[Collins] 51S1 recuperation

Thanks to everyone on the list for the speedy response. Taking your advice I
will look elsewhere before replacing the transistors, because now I know
they either work....or don't... and there is no intermediate state.
But now I also know what the replacements could be.

and will get back if I dont make progress!
