[Collins] Cooling your Collins

Because it is a switch mode powersupply from a PC with a switch on the front panel. The HASH from
this would be a real pain in the neck !!!!!

Why not run 12v DC fans from the 6.3v fillament supply (with a modest filter cap) to make the fans
run slower and quieter too.

There is a lot of cooling from slow moving air without the noise or the HASH!!!
