[Collins] 60 meter operation

For all of those who have been discussing operation of
the S-Line and KWM-2 series on 60 meters:

The Collins Service Information Letter 2-75 lists the
use of the 8455 KHz crystal for the 5300 to 5500 KHz
range as being "OK" for the entire 200 KHz range.
