[Collins] R-390/391 Parts wanted

Looking for the following for an R-391 I recently located.
1 pair of Gain knobs, Local Gain/RF Gain, with set screws in nice shape.
1 chassis connector type "C" for the J 107 Unblalanced Whip. (last owner
changed out to BNC)
Set of tube pullers (2) and tools that came with the receiver. (Good luck
Tom)
Anyone know of a website that shows photos of the R-391 remote control/tune
head and cables?
