[Collins] Astatic D104-M6 any good for my M2

Often the wiring diagram is on the inside of the bottom plate of the
stand. There used to be warnings about using the D-104 on Collins rigs
because its excess HF audio response could overdrive the audio and
balanced modulator stages with "enhanced" HF spectral components outside
the transmit filter. Leading to inband distortion. I think they still
apply. It looks like I use a D-104 but it has a Shure R-5 communications
cartridge which makes it work far better than the original D-104
cartridge.
