[Collins] KWM380 phase lock problems

I have an early 380 s/n 41
It has all 18 sb's done.
When ever I tune it to the upper end of a Mhz range it unlocks and I get
the famous beeping sound.
The A7 board is good.
Also the frequency where the problem starts lowers as the 380 warms up.
It starts at about XX.980 and lowers to XX.960 any frequency lower works
great
So I cant use it on the upper end of 75 or 10.
Any suggestions?
Any one have a replacement board available?
Any suggestions on who could fix the problem.
