[Collins] 75S-3 S-meter acts oddly; also STBY/OPR no difference

Double check that s-meter adjustment pot. In fact, if you have a can of Deoxit, spray that pot and "cycle" the control at both endpoints and readjust. See if that helps.FWIW. Cal, N6KYR.
